Job Purpose:
This role entails responsibility for providing operational support for the entire gamut of products for SME and WBO customers, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines, delivery of quality internal customer service and protection of the Bank from operational risk.
Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of term loans lifecycle from disbursal to repayment
Oversee operational integrity for working capital demand loans for both short term and long term periods
Responsible for limit setup for Wholesale Banking and Treasury including cash credit and back guarantees
Ensure accurate drawing power calculation for top management and provide input for monitoring customer position of stocks and credit
Study sanction conditions and stock statement updates to keep abreast of latest developments in the industry
Ensure the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory guidelines
Strategize and create roadmap for re-engineering business processes to improve customer service, enhance controls and to drive cost effectiveness and accuracy
Ensure best-in class customer service in providing general banking support to clients
Responsible for efficient storage and retrieval of documents
Work as an effective business partner in strategizing and driving the implementation of critical operational and regulatory practices for the bank
Support local teams in structuring customized solutions for customers based on their feedback and new regulations to improve client engagement and deepen relationships
Provide a seamless customer on boarding experience for clients and maintain static customer data
Drive automations and digitization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Educational Qualifications:
Post Graduate - Any
Experience:
Minimum of 6+ Years of experience in Corporate Loan Operations
