We are seeking an experienced Specifications Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on K12 school projects using Revit, contributing to both the design and quality aspects of construction. You will manage the client and the project from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards are met. Our team specializes in the planning and design of educational facilities, creating environments where learning thrives and communities are strengthened.
Responsibilities
• Work on K12 school projects using Revit.
• Contribute to both the design and quality aspects of construction.
• Ensure construction follows the design specifications.
• Manage client relationships and project timelines from start to finish.
• Complete construction drawings in Revit.
• Write and manage specifications using Master Spec and SpecLink.
Essential Skills
• Licensed Architect.
• 10+ years of experience in specification writing.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with K12 or Higher Education building projects.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in drafting, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Experience with Master Spec and SpecLink.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare architecture is a plus.
• Strong design and schematic design skills.

Work Environment
You will be part of a team of three to four members working on each project. We maintain a business casual environment with core hours from + AM to 3 PM, within an 8-hour workday. Our work environment is collaborative and focused on delivering high-quality educational facilities.
