SpectronX Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in lead generation and email marketing. This role will focus on driving measurable growth by creating and executing data-driven campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on email campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in generating high-quality leads and developing engaging email campaigns that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy:

• Develop and execute innovative lead generation campaigns to attract high-quality prospects aligned with SpectronX Technologies' offerings in web development, SEO, digital marketing, and branding services.

Email Marketing:

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and engage existing clients.

• Segment and personalize email lists based on audience behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.

• Create compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls to action (CTAs) to increase open and click-through rates.

• Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, etc.) and optimize future campaigns for better results.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).

• Implement A/B testing for campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.

SEO and Content Marketing:

• Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and lead conversion.

• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blogs, whitepapers, and downloadable resources aimed at generating leads.

Marketing Automation:

• Utilize tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to create workflows, automate email sequences, and score leads.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor KPIs like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Email Open Rates, Conversion Rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Generate actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand target audiences and refine the lead qualification process.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and email marketing.

Skills:

• Expertise in designing and managing successful email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid.

• Proficiency in paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn).

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with B2B lead generation for technology or digital services.

• Experience in creating and optimizing lead magnets, such as eBooks and webinars.

• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and spam compliance.
