Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
The person having experience form the education industry will be preferred having experience in selling educational products like digital teaching devices, video walls, digital podiums and display standees and interactive white boards among other tools, for classroom, corporate and government uses.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Manage and coach sales team
• Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
• Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
• Sales & Business Development for the entire assigned area.
• Identify the top schools in the addressable market segment for ensured sales
• Understand clients needs and offer solutions and support
• Secure business opportunities, and develop customized targeted sales strategies
• Strengthening business relationships with current and potential clients along with the distributors
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
• Work closely with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
• Keep track of outstanding payments and plan the course of action for their recovery in the assigned area.
• Recommend changes in products, services, policy, etc. based on evaluation of results and competitive development.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous industry experience
