Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Speech and Drama Trainer to join our team. As a Speech and Drama Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching students the skills needed to excel in speech and drama competitions, as well as to develop their confidence, self-esteem and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver effective English speech and drama lessons, programs and workshops for students of all ages and levels.
2. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with students' needs, interests, and abilities.
3. Teach students proper techniques for speaking, articulating, projecting, and expressing themselves effectively.
4. Organize and conduct regular assessments and evaluations of students' progress.
5. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and performance.
6. Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school and district level speech and drama competitions.
7. Collaborate with other trainers, teachers, and staff to ensure that students are receiving a well-rounded education.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their parents/guardians.
Requirements:
1. A degree in speech, drama, performing arts or a related field.
2. A minimum of 6 months experience in teaching speech and drama.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
6. Creative and innovative approach to teaching.
7. Passion for speech and drama and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
