Speech and Language Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience or interest in working with children having speech, language, communication, and social delays.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs

Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using play-based and child-led approaches

Maintain proper documentation and progress reports

Collaborate with parents, occupational therapists, ABA therapists, and school professionals

Educate and guide parents on home practice and progress strategies

Participate in clinic meetings and training programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

RCI registration (preferred or in process)

Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children
