The role
Located in Belmont, WA
2-17 aged caseload - very flexible to tailor to your preferred age group
Non-NDIS and NDIS clients - tailored to your interest
Predominantly clinic-based with occasional school visits (within 20 minutes from the clinic)
No set billable hours - it is flexible depending on your caseload - report writing, travel and assessments all count for your billables.
Opportunity to manage a reduced caseload, and help mentor juniors
Strong focus on mental health - if you're a speech pathologist interested in the mental health space, then this is an excellent opportunity for you!
How will you be supported?
Admin team for your scheduling and billings
Flexible on KPIs
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, share ideas, concerns, etc.
Flexible hours and WFH options
PD allowance provided as well as internal PD
Additional Benefits
Salary ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Benefits
Phone & Laptop provided
Travel allowance
Flexible working arrangements

In this team, there is an emphasis on mental health not only for the clients but also for the therapists. Work-life balance is prioritised, with no set KPIs, flexible hours, and options to work from home and travel to schools that are only within a 20-minute radius of the clinic.
On top of this, the team loves to have fun and hang out! Regular social events such as lawn bowls, wine tasting & a big Christmas party at the end of the year.

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Full SPA registration

Driver's license and car
