The role!
Join an award-winning disability provider in a community-based role in Perth.
Manage your own diary and work from home.
Industry-leading salary packages: Earn between $85,000 - $110,000 + superannuation (depending on experience).
Full-time, part-time, and contracting options are available.
Work alongside experienced, highly qualified, and accredited allied health professionals.
Team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, exercise physiologists, and personal trainers.
Holistic and client-centred approach to therapy.
Locations include Rivervale, Mount Nasura, Midland, Stirling, and Oakford.
Responsibilities:
Work in office/clinic, community settings, and from home.
Deliver evidence-based, innovative, and high-quality services to private patients and NDIS participants.
Caseload covers various age groups and conditions/services such as aphasia, articulation disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, dysphagia, dysarthria, expressive disorders, fluency disorders, mealtime management, and more.
Opportunities to tailor your caseload based on your interest area.
Possibility to supervise junior/new graduate Speech Pathologists.

No set KPIs, with a focus on quality therapy.
Lucrative travel allowance of $1 per kilometre.
$2000 professional development (PD) allowance plus 2 days of study leave.
Work within a transdisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists.
