The role
Located in Jandakot
0-17 aged caseload - very flexible to tailor to your preferred age group
Majority NDIS clients - options for some private clients, tailored to your interest
Predominantly clinic-based with occasional school visits
4 billable hours a day, as a graduate this is staggered for the first 3 months
Report writing, travel, and assessments all count for your billables.
Opportunity to manage a reduced caseload as you learn
Areas to support would include expressive language, receptive language skills, speech delays, early language skills, assessment and prescription of low-tech and high-tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Safe mealtimes (i.e. dysphagia), feeding difficulties (i.e. resistant eating) and social skills
How will you be supported?
Structured onboarding with shadowing and mentoring from senior therapists
Weekly meetings with a senior therapist
Flexible on KPIs
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, share ideas, concerns, etc.
Flexible hours and WFH options
$1000 PD allowance provided as well as internal PD
Additional Benefits
Salary ranging from $70,000 - $85,000 + Super + Benefits
