As a Speech Pathologist in the NDIS division, you would be performing clinical services to participants aged 6-65 with a various range of diagnoses and disability types - with the opportunity to tailor your caseload!
Roles are available across South Perth, Full-time and Part-time options.
The Role
Community. office and WFH
Communication Assessments
Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments
Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews
Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments
Ongoing therapy
Help clients build their skills and provide ongoing therapy
Build meaningful long-term relationships
How you will be supported
Allocated team of Learning and Development Managers who with 20+ years of clinical Speech Pathology experience
One-on-one weekly meetings
Regular group training sessions
Shadowing for as long as you need
Six-month tailored new Graduate Programs including reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor specializing in graduate training and regular meetings/networking sessions with senior Speech Pathologists

Additional Benefits
Incredible salary packages available - earn between $80,000 - $120,000 + Super + Bonus Incentives (depending on your experience)

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Full APHRA registration
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Driver's license and own car
A National Police Clearance
