Position: Speech Therapist
Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Previous experience working with young children in a school or clinical setting
Specialization in pediatric speech therapy preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy, patience, and compassion for working with children
Fluency in Hindi and English
Only female candidates will be considered for this position
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and small group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development across all areas of the curriculum
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans and interventions as needed
Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers on strategies to promote speech and language development in the classroom
Conduct parent workshops and provide resources for home-based therapy activities
