The primary responsibility of the CCE will be to handle incoming customer calls, address inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Listening to customers' concerns and inquiries with empathy and patience
- Providing accurate information and assistance regarding products or services
- Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
- Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Education + Experience:
Education: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree (UG/Graduate)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
