- Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally

• Education + Experience:
Education: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree (UG/Graduate)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
