The Role Responsibilities
Job Role
The role will directly support the Head Sponsorships providing administrative support with sponsorship process and financial operational duties, including but not limited to handling of order forms, budget reviews and forecasting of spends. Proactively anticipating and managing work requirements, acting as a professional representative of the CABM functions with all internal stakeholders, prioritizing and sharing information between teams and stakeholders.
This role will also play a key role in helping managing the Governance responsibilities of the Group Sponsorship function.
Sponsorship Support
Provide full administrative support to Head Sponsorship and Group Sponsorship team.
Assist with necessary team reporting, production of stakeholder reports, presentations.
Undertake any ad’hoc project duties and responsibilities requested by Head Sponsorship.
Vendor Management Support
Manage vendor onboarding.
Raise Purchase Orders.
Coordinate invoices payment and tracking.
Raise Engagement Requests, Sourcing Requests, and complete necessary Risk Controls.
Manage team expenses reconciliations and forecasting of the LFC EMT account.
Sponsorship Governance Support
Ensure oversight and application of the Sponsorship Standards.
Provide support and guidance on any query related to Sponsorship Standards and sponsorship onboarding on SCBuy.
Perform name screening on rights holders and individuals for Group-led sponsorships.
Coordinate client connection check with Control Room.
Support Annual Due Diligence process.
Provide monthly sponsorship reporting for MSTR and CST.
Assist with audit.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend ways to increase functional effectiveness and improve operational efficiencies.
