Role Responsibilities
Job Summary
Define key responsibilities to reflect the duties and responsibilities of this role.
• Expert Knowledge in Business Analytics and in using various Visualization & tooling skills like Tableau, Power BI, Datawatch, QlikView etc.,
• Epert knowledge and hands on experience on MS excel package.
• Extensive experience of delivering change through key business analysis roles in various agile methodologies, particularly scrum.
• Worked as subject matter expert in any banking project in any bank.
• Hands on experience in writing SQL queries and coding skills in R and Python.
• Strong data management and data validation/analysis skills.
• Experience of FM products, both flow, OTC & trade lifecycle aligned to industry best practice
• Ability to document business, functional and non-functional requirements and/or user stories and functional solution designs of high quality with no ambiguity, working to tight deadlines with quick turnaround times.
• Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
• Proven ability to develop and implement solutions, working individually or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work effectively cross department.
• Proactive and driven individual.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities

• Interface with in-country stakeholders to ensure alignment on key priorities, control framework standards and visibility over pipeline regulations and associated changes
• Act as informed advisor to internal stakeholders across the front-to-back teams with respect to the regulatory processing and controls domain, particularly about upcoming regulatory change
