The ideal candidate should have :
(i) Masters Degree in English with B.Ed,
(ii) having self Schooling & Higher Education from English Medium Background throughout,
(iii) an experienced and proficient Spoken English Trainer
(iv) smart, presentable, confident
(v) can teach the students from classes IV to VIII
