Refuge Events, a leading event management company, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fundraiser/Sponsorship Generator to join our team. As a Fundraiser/Sponsorship Generator, you will play a key role in securing sponsorships and donations to support our events and initiatives.
+ Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential sponsors and donors to secure financial support for events organized by Refuge Events.
• Develop innovative fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance the company's financial sustainability.
• Create customized sponsorship packages and proposals to attract sponsors and donors based on their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with the events team to align sponsorship opportunities with event requirements and objectives.
• Organize fundraising campaigns, events, and activities to raise funds and promote sponsor engagement.
• Maintain relationships with existing sponsors and donors, ensuring continued support and involvement.
• Monitor and report on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship strategies.
+ Requirements:
• Previous experience in fundraising, sponsorship generation, or sales.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple fundraising initiatives concurrently.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving impact.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends in the events sector.
