Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Sponsorship Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for securing sponsorship sales, building and maintaining strong partnerships with sponsors, managing sponsorship activation, and fostering strategic relationships. The role will involve contributing to event management, overseeing sponsorship deliverables, and ensuring a seamless experience for sponsors that aligns with the event objectives and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sponsorship Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills to engage and maintain relationships with sponsors
- Expertise in Sponsorship Activation, ensuring successful execution of sponsor deliverables
- Experience in Event Management, including planning and coordinating event logistics
- Self-motivated and possesses excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Relevant experience in the events or related industry is an added advantag
