Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sponsorship Manager to join our team in Delhi NCR. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sponsorship strategies for a talent hunt initiative from scratch.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to secure funding and partnerships for the talent hunt event.
• Identify and approach potential sponsors, negotiating sponsorship deals that align with ACMOBOOK's brand and objectives.
• Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to pitch to potential sponsors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sponsorship management, preferably in the entertainment or events industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Delhi NCR market and network of potential sponsors is highly desirable.
