WORK THE FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ WITH US
We are seeking professional Chaperones to support an international youth participant program taking place in Seattle during the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
The selected youth participants (minors) will take part in hospitality activities & official pre-match stadium ceremonies - stepping onto one of the world’s most recognized sporting stages.
Our Chaperones are entrusted with ensuring their safety, coordination, and overall experience throughout each assigned match.
This role sits at the intersection of global event production and youth safeguarding. It requires composure, professionalism, and strong situational awareness in a high-profile, live-event environment.
COMPENSATION
Starting at $32 per hour
Guaranteed 30/20-hour package per assigned match
Structured & paid onboarding and pre-event preparation included
SEATTLE - LANGUAGE & SCHEDULES
For the Seattle schedule, we are selecting two Chaperones:
(A) ENGLISH & SPANISH – Assigned to support international participants
(B) ENGLISH & KOREAN – Assigned to support international participants
All assignments carry identical responsibilities and compensation.
Each Chaperone must be available for their designated match schedule within the Seattle schedule.
Applicants must clearly indicate:
Language proficiency
Full availability for assigned match dates
CORE RESPONSIBILITES
Provide direct supervision and care for assigned youth participants
Coordinate transportation logistics (hotel ↔ stadium ↔ designated locations)
Serve as primary on-site liaison during match operations
Maintain strict adherence to safety, credentialing, and timing protocols
Operate confidently within a live stadium and international broadcast setting
Communicate seamlessly with event operations and production teams
REQUIREMENTS
21+ years old
Fluency in required language track (see above)
Prior experience in youth supervision, live events, hospitality, or large-scale productions preferred
Strong organizational skills and professional presence
Availability for the full Seattle match schedule
Background check required
