Job Overview
SidelineSwap, the #1 online marketplace in sports, is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead our sporting goods resale business unit. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for hosting pop-up trade-in events throughout your region, training part-time staff members, and managing event logistics.

About the Role
This is an entry-level position ideal for hard-working college grads or those looking to make a career change. You will learn to run your own business unit, think like an entrepreneur, and review reports to maximize income. With opportunities for growth, this role is perfect for someone who is naturally curious, eager to learn, and comfortable thinking on their feet.

Responsibilities
- Host pop-up trade-in events throughout your region
- Train part-time staff members to provide great customer experiences
- Manage event logistics, including setup and tear-down
- Review reports and performance metrics to maximize income

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership characteristics
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work on weekends
