We are currently seeking a Sports Manager to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in representing football talent.
• Key Responsibilities:*

- *Player Representation & Contract Negotiation:* Serve as the primary point of contact between athletes and clubs. Negotiate contracts and deals that best represent the interests of athletes and secure their future.
- *Networking & Relationship Building:* Build and maintain relationships with coaches, agents, sponsors, and other industry stakeholders. Use these connections to open doors and create new opportunities for athletes.
- *Scouting & Talent Identification:* Scout potential talent, identifying new opportunities that align with athletes' career goals and enhance their growth.
- *Market Strategy Development:* Stay ahead of industry trends and develop strategic plans for athlete representation and brand-building.
- *Career Management:* Guide and support athletes throughout their professional journey, providing mentorship and expert advice to help them reach their full potential.
