Job description

Roles:

• Develop artistic elements that will constitute the artistic representation of ideas, provide inspiration and become references for the creative direction of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing the style of the project and be a reference for all elements of art production (Environment, Character, UI, etc.);

• Maintain consistent style under the direction of the Art Director and carry out revisions as required;

• Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm task direction and consistency of work;

• Produce environment concept art and in-game mock-ups, focusing particularly on lighting and post effects;

• Implement and incorporate feedback from Art Director and Leads into work;

• Effectively communicate basic visual intentions to the entire art department;

• Support the Lead Artist and/or Art Director in any related ad hoc tasks.

• Understand best practices, production pipelines, and workflows;

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Strong drawing and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles;

• Anatomical and architectural knowledge;

• Knowledge of fundamental illustration skills, including composition, perspective, and color theory;

• Good observation and research skills;

• Knowledge of form, composition, use of detail, and visual storytelling;

• Digital illustration skills, advanced understanding of Photoshop;

• Good understanding of relevant 2D and 3D software;

• Knowledge of the video game development pipeline.

• Relevant working experience in concept art or other relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Art, or other relevant training

Must have:

• Prior Experience in Game Asset development

• Must have to lead a team of at least 5 members.

• Must be excellent in line art & can create mock-ups

• worked in pressure situations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the sports industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about sports and stays up-to-date with the latest design trends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for our teams and athletes, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create unique branding collaterals for teams across digital and print formats.

• Develop high-impact sponsorship decks and sales presentations to support business development and partner outreach.

• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to produce engaging content, including banners, brochures, and event signage.

• Stay ahead of design trends in sports branding, typography, and visual storytelling to ensure fresh and innovative output.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the sports industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).

• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in sports branding, digital media, and print design.

• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory for both digital and print platforms.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and provide constructive feedback.

• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for sports and familiarity with leagues like PKL, ISL, IPL, WPL, SA20, and HIL.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects efficiently.
