Altevol is partnering up with the GOD of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar’s company, SRT10 to create world class cricket academy, cricket league along with other sports. Our academy offers a unique opportunity to work alongside world-class athletes and trainers, providing an exceptional platform for career growth in the sports industry. • Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Sports Event Planner to join our team. This role will involve promoting our world-class sports academy, managing sales, and planning high-profile sporting events. You will have the chance to work directly with the team of sports legends Sachin Tendulkar. Your job will include meeting the targets for enrolling new students in various batches. You will also be responsible for organizing sports events and leagues at our state-of-the-art facility. You will manage the leagues for cricket, Tennis, pickleball and other sports. You will also work closely with the head coach of each sport and be involved in marketing and sales of the sports coaching program. This position offers the chance to contribute to the growth of a premier sports institution and advance your career in a vibrant environment. • Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to promote academy memberships, events, and sports programs. - Plan and coordinate sports events, including tournaments, workshops, and special training sessions. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns for events and membership drives. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and event partners. - Liaise with world-renowned athletes and coaches to organize unique events and training experiences. - Track sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Handle logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and guest coordination for events. • Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Planning, Sales, or a related field. - Proven ability to manage high-profile events and meet sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Passion for sports and knowledge of tennis or cricket is a plus. • Salary & Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience. - Professional growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment. • Contact No: ++1- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
