Your Role
As a Sports Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our programs, attracting new participants, and driving engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
Primary Responsibilities:
Supporting business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and new services.
Advising on key marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
Managing Public Relations efforts to strengthen our relationships with international supplier, i.e Swedish floorball equipment businesses.
Additional Responsibilities:
Analysing data to develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
Creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with external vendors and agencies to enhance brand awareness.
Managing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
Who You Are
A sporty individual, preferably with experience in floorball, to fully understand the game and our audience.
A creative marketer with strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and promotional strategies.
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
A strong communicator with the ability to engage different audiences.
Additionally, we wish you to have:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, sports management or related fields.
2+ years experience working in similar role.
Having knowledge of Swedish culture and/or language would be a valuable asset but not essential.
