Job Description
• Manage all aspects of the design process, ensuring project success within scope, budget, and firm standards.
• Lead project coordination, overseeing documentation, technical decisions, and quality control at each phase.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, maintaining effective client communication.
• Handle regulatory reviews and construction contract administration, including submittal and RFI reviews, field observations, and project closeout.
• Use Deltek Project Management for work plans, team assignments, budgets, and schedules.
• Foster team collaboration and high performance through clear communication and leadership.
• Address risk management by resolving client and technical issues.
• Mentor staff and contribute to marketing efforts for future projects.
What you've accomplished:
• A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline
• Licensure required
• 8+ years of related experience, Sports and Recreation experience (sport complexes, arenas, sports parks, stadia, etc.) required
• Must have proven portfolio of work completed for collegiate arenas
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit required
• Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
• Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
• Understanding of project management process
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire
• Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
