We are very passionate about what we do and Flexibility, ownership, & growth is part of our DNA Hudle is run by a bunch of sports enthusiasts and young people.Overview :The Sports Venue Manager role in Hudle is an extremely important position to manage on ground operations at Hudle's managed venues (MV). The Venue Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of MVs allotted to him in a particular territory.Salary : 22k - 25k ( CTC)Roles and Responsibilities :The role is an exciting intersection between business and operations. An SR.VE is responsible for managing sports facilities that are part of a region directly with the help of the Venue Executive and team. Some highlights of the role includes:? Being responsible for the revenue, customer experience and operations in the facility.? Managing a team of ground staff and Venue Executive directly.? Be responsible for training, onboarding and team management overall.? Work with the central team, Operations, to ensure the infrastructure of the facility is in playing condition at all times.? Take complete ownership of venue operations, branding and maintenance of the sports facilities.? Ensure that signages, branding and other marketing material is intact in the facility.? Ensure the hygiene of the facility is above a certain level as defined by the management.? Track & Submit bookings data reports to upper management.? Ensure the Power supply and backup power supply works properly.? Inventory Management? Ensure Water Facility in the Venue.? Develop an expertise in sports infra.? Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.? Develop an understanding of the Hudle app end to end to help users on ground.? Manage all bookings at the venue by keeping a track of upcoming bookings on The Hudle Partner App? Develop relationships with customers & team members to ensure good customer service.? Organize corporate and community events.? Organize regular member only tournaments.? Create venue groups and organize regular games in the group.? Build a community for the venue.? Be well versed with Hudle's offerings to be able to interact with customers and report potential issues to your supervisor.? Ensure payment collection & reconciliation and that venue is properly stocked with all necessary equipment? Ensure the venue is well managed without any issues to customers on a day to day basis? Work closely with Operations Executive for on ground support.Qualifications & Requirements :? Graduate in any field. Sports Grad is a plus? Basic to advance interest in sport.? Functional understanding of technology.? Conversant in Hindi, Kannada & English.? Very high in integrity, punctuality and great at customer service.? Ability to work in shifts 6 days a week anytime between 5am and 12 midnight.? Should be mobile - owning a personal vehicle will be a plus.?
