About A&A Kids Social Club
A&A Kids Social Club is a startup small-group youth enrichment program focused on creativity, movement, confidence, and social development. As an early-stage program, we are building our community and enrollment from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a growing startup environment and helping shape a program in its early stages.

Position Overview
We are hiring a Part-Time Academic Instructor (Tutoring) to provide small-group academic support for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Classes begin March 17.
Before classes begin, this role will function as a Community Outreach Ambassador, helping to build awareness and enrollment for the program in the local community.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys teaching, supporting student learning, and connecting with families in the community.
Responsibilities—
Academic Instruction (Starting March 17)
Provide small-group tutoring for K–6 students across core subjects (reading, math, writing, basic science support as needed)
Support homework completion and foundational academic skills
Create a structured, positive, and encouraging learning environment
Adapt instruction to different learning levels
Follow A&A Social Club guidelines and routines
Community Outreach & Enrollment (Pre-Launch + Ongoing)
Help spread awareness of A&A Social Club in local neighborhoods
Distribute flyers and speak with parents at parks, schools, rec centers, and community spaces
Invite families to trial days and enrollment opportunities
Represent A&A Social Club in a friendly, professional manner
Compensation—
Instructor Pay (Once Classes Begin):
$25 per tutoring session (paid only when enrolled students are present)
Each session is 1hr & 30 minutes long
Referral Bonus (Outreach):
$5 per enrolled child that enrolls using your name as the referral source
Note: Outreach compensation is performance-based. Classes run once minimum enrollment is met.
Schedule—
Outreach begins immediately
Tutoring sessions begin March 17
Up to 5 hours per week
Afternoon and weekend availability preferred
Qualifications—
Experience working with children in academic settings (tutoring, teaching, classroom aide, childcare with homework support, etc.)
Comfortable teaching multiple subjects at the elementary level (K–6)
Strong communication and patience with young learners
Comfortable engaging with parents and the community
Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
Ideal Candidate—

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per week
