Job Description
Must have experience with SQL 2017.PTO (Performance Tuning & Optimization) expert level, including T-SQL refactoring. Experience of PTO with batch, stored procedure and ah-hoc workloads.
Experince DWFT architectures. Experience with DMVs, Profiler Trace and Extended Events. Experience solving concurrency issues.
Backup / Restore of Production data to lower environments, including data scrubbing. SQL Security : managing SQL Logins and AD groups across the AG.
Knowledge of managing column-level encryption across PROD, STAG and QA environments. Knowledge of gMSA and TLS. Using Database Triggers to manage custom security groups / database roles.
Familiarity with Ola Hallengren scripting. Familiarity with SSIS Integration Services Catalog deployments / Jobs on an Availability Group.
Primary Skills Required
6-8yrs of experience.
• Must have experience with SQL 2017 Always-On Availability Groups.
• Experience on AWS where SQL Database are hosted on AWS.
• PTO (Performance Tuning & Optimization) expert level, including T-SQL refactoring.
• Experience of PTO with batch, stored procedure and ah-hoc workloads.
