Greetings from TCS Role: SQL Database Administrator Location: Bangalore Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years Job Description: Strong experience with MS SQL Server 2008/2008 R2/2012/2014/2016/2017/201+, over 3 yrs of experience with SQL 2016 & SQL 2017. Designs, configures, implements, and administers all databases for the respective parties involved. Expertise in SQL Server installations and High availability configuration, patching and troubleshooting Expertise in SQL Server Upgradation Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database issues, including performance tuning and capacity planning, blocking/locking/deadlocks, Mirroring, Always on, memory pressure, CPU, I/O latency and capacity management Experience in High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions using SQL Server Always on Technology Analyze and report the performance of database operations against the key database performance metrics Experience in troubleshooting Databases using Database Diagnostic & Compliance Management tools Implement & Maintain HADR solutions such as Always on, Mirroring, Replication.
