• 12+ years Team lead knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• wide technical skills on infrastructure technologies
• Automation knowledge is a plus
• Client Service Management expertise
• People management skills and having skills of managing team of more than 200 People spanning across multiple accounts
• Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
• Experience in SQL Server Clustering and HA technologies including mirroring, log shipping, failover cluster and various replication technologies
• Experienced in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all the stakeholders (internal teams and clients).
