Profile Summary: We are looking for an MS- SQL DBA who will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our multi-tenant SaaS Product- Asset Infinity (www.assetinfinity.com). The DBA will ensure keeping our databases running smoothly 24/7.
Roles & Responsibilities;
• Install, maintain, and support our SQL Server databases.
• Handling databases of larger sizes.
Support physical database administration including performance management, security, installations, upgrades, patches, backup, recovery, space management, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time.
Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
Ensure high levels of performance availability, sustainability, and security.
Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
Perform SQL Server Migrations and SQL server upgrades, whenever required.
Qualifications;
Threshold Competency: Any person from B.Tech(IT)/BCA or related Background with a minimum of 5 years of work experience as an MS-SQL DBA.
Technical Competency: Hands-on experience in MS-SQL 2017/2026/2026 including- performance management, security, installations, upgrades, patches, backup, recovery, space management, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Experience in managing larger databases.
