• Able to manage, analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end independently.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours, also flexible to provide 24x7 assistance for critical production systems
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
• Good knowledge on Azure/AWS is plus
Good To Have Skills:
• Should have Experience in IT Service organization
• ITIL Knowledge
• SQL Server , AZURE(70-535) certifications (preferred)
