SQL Database Administrator - Hybrid (Guildford)
£60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
• Developing and maintaining stored procedures, functions and views using T-SQL
• Building and optimising SQL queries to support various reporting and integration needs
• Working with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into clean, scalable solutions
• Ensuring data integrity, consistency and performance across multiple systems
• Supporting the migration of systems to Azure-based platforms
• Collaborating with software developers and analysts on data-driven projects
What you’ll need:
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills
• Experience developing and supporting relational databases in a production environment
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• An eye for performance tuning and query optimisation
• Exposure to Azure SQL and cloud data tools is a plus
• Any scripting (e.g., PowerShell) or BI/reporting experience is a bonus
