• Mandatory Skills: Unix and SQL.
• Level 2 support of various client applications running on UNIX.
• Reporting, investigating and resolving the user support items and alerts management.
• Escalate issues where there is no run books based solution and which can be resolved by technology team (Level 3 support).
• Interface with L3/Eng./Dev Support team on issues requiring additional analysis.
• Knowledge on Incident Management and Problem Management.
