Job Description
Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
Responsibilities:
This role works in close collaboration with all members of the database team and is fully integrated within the database support process responsibilities
Planning for production storage and capacity management
Create logical models and build physical models installing and managing sql server
All the version configuring and administering security policies resource governing mdw migrating sql server from on premises to cloud
Managing database performance using mdw implementation and administration of across the data centers
Planning for production storage and capacity management
Hands-on experience on windows issues monitoring and troubleshooting creating databases from the ground up design
Implement and operate database systems for performance and reliability administer production and development databases
Ensuring maximum availability upgrade sqlserver from legacy version to latest versions
applying patches to SQL server
Demonstrable experience of working effectively with clients internal teams to resolve issues
