Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented SQL Developers to join our engineering team. The ideal candidates should possess strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience working on PostgreSQL environments. Candidates must have a working understanding of CI/CD pipelines, experience with Liquibase for version-controlled database deployments, and basic to intermediate knowledge of PL/Python. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning are essential.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers in PostgreSQL.
Implement and manage schema changes using Liquibase as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
Write scripts using PL/Python for automation and data processing tasks as required.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups under Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
Stay current with new tools, techniques, and best practices in database and backend development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL, with strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL.
Good understanding of CI/CD workflows in a collaborative development environment.
Practical experience with Liquibase for database change management.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PL/Python.
Prior exposure to the IT industry or relevant internship/project experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Understanding of source control systems like Git.
