• Hands on Training experince in basic query of select, modify, delete, diaplay, aulter, truncate.

• Provide technical support for enterprise-level applications, referring to general questions of users and trouble of tickets.

• Document preparation towards issue troubleshooting & resolution.

• Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions to users.

• Good knowledge of application maintenance support.

• Should be able to handle clarify the user doubt during requirement gathering.

• Able to resolve the query independently Qualification BE / B Tech / Diploma / BCA / B.SC / IT or equivalent (Candidate should not have any gaps during education and career)
