Shift Timings All Rotational,
Weekdays Shifts and Weekend On-Call,
3 weekdays shifts rotation among 5 people, MON to FRI, 3 : 30 am / 6 : 30 am / 1 : 30 pm IST, and then weekend on-call, SAT / SUN, 12 hours on-call, day and night, 5am to 5pm and 5pm to 5am, 2 people on-call, 5pm to 5am India On-Call, gets 2 days comp-off on MON and TUE

POSITION OVERVIEW : SQL-Server DBA, 24x7 Support, required to be in shifts POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Skill Requirements SQL Server Database Administrator with 8+ years of experience Profi cient in Managing SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014 and 2016systems.
Installation / Patching / Upgrade / Support Power shell scripting and T-SQL Knowledge of at least one of the incident management tools,SNOW / Remedy etc Good communication and Business writing skills.
Skills Desired Knowledge on MS Azure will be added advantage. SNOW Ticketing Tool Job Responsibilities, Database monitoring and Health Check.
