Will be responsible for overseeing knowledge management for accounts Client Management is a critical focus area Team Management & Governance is an integral part of the core deliverables Should be comfortable with all shifts Will be responsible for managing training deliverables and governance for assigned projects in the US and other countries As an individual contributor, must be able to lead without authority. Maintain Training & account data for projects Ensure all team trackers are maintained accurately and are up-to-date Responsible and work closely with business for any escalations, RCAs and training support Domain & Behavioural training facilitation Comfortable dealing with rapidly-evolving work environment.
