Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Ensure accuracy in journal entries, reconciliations, and closing of books.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• GST Compliance
• Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Handle GST reconciliation (with GSTR-2B & books of accounts).
• Manage GST input credit, resolve mismatches, and comply with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with GST consultants for assessments, notices, and queries.
• Audit Preparation
• Prepare and organize documents for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Assist auditors with schedules, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Highlight audit observations and implement corrective measures.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Assist in TDS deduction, filing of returns, and related compliance.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Support management with MIS reports, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Monitor cash flow, payables, and receivables.
• Team Coordination & Support
• Guide junior accountants in day-to-day accounting work.
• Coordinate with management, external consultants, and auditors.
Skill Set Required:
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, and Audit processes.
• Proficiency in Miracle, Excel, and accounting software.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Updated knowledge of tax laws and statutory compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
