1. Internal Audit of accounts
2. Overseeing accounts department activities
3. Overseeing statutory compliances
4. Overseeing return filing
5. Overseeing roc compliances
6. Overseeing compliances under companies act, income tax act, gst act
7. Should be a good team leader
8. Reporting directly to md for day to day finance and accounting related activities
+. Maintaining cash flow
10. Arranging for bank finance/wc facilities
11. Advising management on changing regulatory laws including tax reforms/gst reforms/PF etc
12. Making sales MIS/P&L Projections/expense MIS
13. assisting management in setting up new projects
14. Assisting in fund raising/equity/IPO/debentures etc.13.Proficient in Tally, with hands-on experience in sales and purchase entry, bank reconciliation, printing of checks, and bank confirmation
14.Experience in Accounts MIS and assisting CFO in finalizing balance sheet, PMD
15.Responsible for making payments to vendors and following up for outstanding payments
