Company has huge experience and BPO -a Fintech in Financial Planning, Investment and Insurance. in Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, Home and Contents Insurance. Select Insurance (Australia) Pty Ltd specializes in offering flexible coverage and can protect the business against a range of contingencies such as fire, burglary, general property and public and products liability. Whereas Laverne Capital pty Ltd deals in Life Insurance, Investments and Loans.
We need the Person who have a good Tally Experience and can Learn XERO Aust accounting Quickly and Also, Paying Commission and Account - Payable and Receivable.
We need a Person, who have managerial skills and team leading skills to help in administration, Problem Solving and Proactive to Manage Operations as well;
Educational and Previous experience:
• CA , MCom/Bcom (Accounts)Accounting Qualifications
• Having 8 to 10 years Plus of experience
What we expect from you?
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong motivational and empowerment skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent MS Office, Tally and Knowledge of Xero accounting (Australian Accounting Software) is a plus point.
• Willingness to stretch and be proactive
• Willingness to work in Australian shift (5:00 am to 1:30 pm)

• Monthly Expense Statement
• Petty cash verification
• Prepare sheet for vendor payment
• TDS statement preparation
• TDS challan preparation & payment
• Commission Statement verification
• Update Master Sheet for Commission
• Shared The RCTI & Commission Statement with The Adviser
• GST Return finalization and shared the data with or without CA
• Professional tax Challan preparation
• Daily accounting in tally
• Commission Invoices to be prepared in Xero after Payment done
• Xero Reconciliation
• New Adviser agreement & Payment details
• Advisor Enrollment Fees Payment tracking sheet to be update - Pay smart
• Attending Advisor calls
• Immediate Joining is Preferable
