SR Accountant  Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.  Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.  Review and approve account reconciliations prepared by junior staff, addressing discrepancies and variances.  Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.  Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.  Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
