The primary role of the Sr Associate has a customer service responsibility for all Beeline (Resource Tracking and maintenance of temp labor) needs of the MetLife employees. Good spoken and written English, good customer handling skills and have potential to research, smart and quick at picking up navigation skills, take ownership and resolve the queries of the Hiring Managers via email and calls. Support process audits, make excel/PPT based reports and maintain a document repository.
