Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain files and documentations of all expenses and payroll.
Providing direction to hotel operational team in areas of finance.
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Daily Business Report.
Entry of sale and other voucher in Accounts Book.
Statutory Payment - LT, VAT, TDS, GST, PF,ESI.
Handling Tally ERP +.0.
Updating sale in software.
Updating daily Purchase Bills.
Handling Cash & Petty Cash Transaction.
Petty Cash entries, Payment entries, journals & print outs.
Inventories Reports of Store & Restaurant.
Bachelor's Degree
Hotel field Preferreable
Experience : 6 to 8 years
