Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive/ Manager

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accounts Executive/Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate or construction sector. You will handle day-to-day accounting operations, assist in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records for all real estate projects and company operations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client billings.
Preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and project-wise cost analysis.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows for ongoing projects.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, project teams) for financial data and documentation.
Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
Handle payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for project loans and related documentation.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry or CA firm.
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
