Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Adaptive Developer
Locations: Pune / Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Chennai
Reports to: Director, Enterprise Applications
A quick snapshot…
As a Sr. Adaptive Developer, you will work in tandem with the project teams to design, develop, validate, and implement the necessary Financial Models, provide application support, and assist in the ongoing IT-FP&A project roadmap. You are likely to have advanced/expert Adaptive Insights knowledge with a skillset focused on design, modelling, reporting, data analysis and integrations. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving the company's goals and vision.

This is a critical role within the organization as you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and building a relatively complex client financial/HR workforce planning model. Your expertise as a Sr. Adaptive Developer will help identify opportunities to simplify the existing Financial Model. Your expertise helps in designing and building integration loaders for ongoing monthly feeds received from source systems (NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake, and Salesforce, etc.) that need to be loaded into Adaptive Planning.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related experience. You will have at least 5 years of experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights in the software industry. You will have expert knowledge of Adaptive Insights with a skillset focused on design, modeling, reporting, data analysis, and integrations.
Integration Loaders. You would design and build integration loaders to load historical data into the Adaptive system.
• WebAPI Integrations
• CCDS Data Sources
• SpreadSheet Data Sources
Skills and Tools. Proficient in:
• ITSM tools: JIRA, Confluence.
• NetSuite Financials Budgeting and Planning.
• Workday Workforce planning.
Agile Methodology. You should be able to perform in an extremely dynamic environment with an Agile development approach. You should have the ability to convert a small business problem statement into a product deliverable with minimal supervision. You will have to collect and understand the customer’s business requirements and build the solution for the same using various Conga Products and other cloud computing capabilities like Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
