Direct Reporting: Regional Manager - Admin
(Dotted Line Reporting) : School Principal
Should be able to:
· Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
· Train personnel and allocate responsibilities to perform admin duties in school.
· Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations as well.
· Manage schedules and deadlines.
· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation in coordination with Finance.
· Oversee facility services of the organization, periodical maintenance activities and updation of report (in terms of “ADMIN MIS”)
· Organize and supervise school / office admin activities / event planning / guest support / grievance handling in coordination with HR.
· Ensure operations adhere to policies, procedures and regulations.
· Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments for effective implementation throughout.
Must have:
· Proven experience as administration executive with at least 3 – 5 years of hard-core industry experiences on panindia, ideally from a large group of schools / educational institutions / University / Corporate Office
· In-depth understanding of office/ School admin management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
· Familiarity with financial and facilities management (quotation / negotiation / vendor selection / billing) principles.
· Knowledge in computer and database management.
· An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Team player with outstanding leadership skills

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
