Process Overview. The COREIT team of Market Application production support provides end-to-end technology solutions for applications supporting the Compliance, Operation Risk and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT).
The team is engaged in over 150+ applications for Production Support & related activities. GBAMT's type of work and services include architecture, design, development, change management, implementation and support using a wide range of technologies.
The APS India team provides extensive support of these applications by adapting the ITIL processes.
Job Description. The individual will be responsible to play the role of Technical Lead for the applications supporting the Compliance & Surveillance business.
This would an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities.
Manage highly critical applications - support BAU and ensure no business impact
Initiate the incident management process & lead triage when BAU is impacted
